Riida (More Into Western Type)

Ohno Satosi Western Talk Trivia.

Actually when it’s come to talk about Western thing in Arashi, it’s definitely Riida.

Here, are some info that I collect from various different sites such as  Arashi/Ohno Satoshi fans journals, Arashist tumblrs/wordpress, Arashi Radio Discovery, Johnny’s Wink Up Message Boards and etc.

- As fact, Riida himself admited when it comes to dancing, other than use to idolise his senpai Tsuyoshi Dohmoto (Kinki Kids), he also admires Michael Jackson way of dance a lot.

- Also in term in dancing, he always practice  Brazillian dance a lot in streets with his classmate on the way to school on his junior day.

- When had a conversation about his parents, he said his mom is the biggest fan of Justin Timberlake and Linkin Park. Even she had a big poster of them in her room meanwhile his father is the biggest addict with Bruce Lee and use to bought all Bruce Lee DVD. Also, his mom love to Karaoke Italian song and makes Ohno practically speaks Italian at homes. No wonder, why Ohno has practically use to speak Italian each time he wrote Wink Up message boards to Nino (bandmattes) who made Nino annoying and said to him to stop speaking in Italian ways.

- In term of appearance, he’s the one among the member who constantly had red brownish/orange dyed spiky hairstyle (Western hairstyle) around his mid-age.

- If he had an interview about date with girl, his answer is constantly “I Love Gaijin (foreigner)”.

- When asking about “Who’s the Sexy?” his answer is Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.

- His favorite food is Italian Cuisine (Spagethi)

- He said he ever met with Lady Gaga in the same day he perform in Music Station around year 2009 and didn’t have a chance to talk with her but he admitted he was fascinated with Lady Gaga from behind. He couldn’t help but have to stare at her tight pants that show half of her butts and keeps wonder if she wears the underwear or not (O_o)

( Oh LG, why did u wears something like that to the innocent look Oh chan?! Can’t imagine how Oh chan blushing watching her on behind >_< )

However, he still said if he gets a chance to talk with her, he would said to her “I love that” (to the point she wears large electric eyes <Anime eye makeup>)

- Though he doesn’t knew much about English as well as the smart Sho (bandmattes), try to listen him singing in Western especially his solo (Hit The Floor & Hung Up On), truly, he sing it really well as well as the western singer. If you want to hear it more clearly, listen for his old solo 99’ (Open Arm). It’s his unreleased song on his butai (musical stage) that fully singing in Western.

As I thought, Ohno’s English way of speaks is more better than Jun (which is scripted) and Sho (who’s originally had an English knowledge since he is Keio boy graduate). Just in case, he doesn’t show it off because he ever said, he doesn’t want people pointing to him if he is the one who have more attention than the others and the one who gained everything in Arashi. That’s why he acts simply than the others.
